Blair Underwood, who plays the President of the United States in the upcoming NBC conspiracy thriller, The Event is, of course, a well established actor on stage and screen.

That’s right, the multi-talented Underwood has authored three -count ‘em- three novels. They are Casanegra, In The Night of The Heat and From Cape Town With Love. Co-written by Underwood, Tananarive Due  and Steven Barnes, each book is a different adventure in the life of struggling actor and former gigolo Tennyson Hardwick.
